个人简介

韩滔,1990年生,湖南永州人,工学博士,教授,硕士研究生导师,湖南省青年科技人才,微电子与光电子技术湖南省普通高等学校重点实验室负责人,现任物理与电子电气工程学院副院长。韩滔长期从事有机半导体光电材料与器件、氮化镓纳米线、氧化锌纳米线和有机钙钛矿等半导体物理与器件领域研究,先后主持了1项国家自科基金青年项目,5项省级科研项目,至今在国内外发表24篇论文,其中以第一作者在Nature Communications、Nano Research、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、ACS Photonics、Journal of Materials Chemistry C等期刊发表论文14篇,申请4项发明专利(其中3项已授权),获湖南省自然科学优秀论文一等奖1项,获郴州市自然科学优秀论文一等奖1项和三等奖1项。韩滔坚持教学科研相长,先后主持和参与多项省级教改项目,作为负责人获批1项湖南省虚拟仿真实验教学一流课程,获湖南省信息化教学竞赛三等奖1项。
